Instructions for Milk pudding
To prepare the Milk pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
• Soak the house blast in cold water.
• Heat the milk together with the whipped eggs in a saucepan. Stir constantly.
• Bring the mixture to the boiling point, then screw down and simmer for another 2 minutes.
• In the meantime, the house blast is melted over a water bath.
• Whip the melted husblas in the boiling milk.
• Add the vanilla and sugar and stir / whip until the sugar is completely dissolved.
• Take the pot off the heat and cool a little. Then pour the mixture into serving form and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
tips:
Served cool possibly. With caramel sauce on top and maybe chopped pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.
