10 | dl | Whole milk (or low-fat milk) |
250 | g | Green peas (new bælgede) |
500 | g | Carrots (new scraped) |
500 | g | Potatoes (small new scraped) |
500 | g | Smoked pork (not too salty) |
Instructions for Milk peas
To prepare the Milk peas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sødmælken brought to the boil and boil the potatoes with. After approx. 5 min. Add carrots and småkoges further for about 10-15 min. after the potatoes and carrots are almost tender, add peas and parsley, which is cooked with in 2-3 min. Court season with a little salt and is ready to eat. The smoked pork fried in the Pan while the Court boiled, and served to milk the peas.
Serve warm in deep plates with the fried pork alongside.
