Instructions for Milk Harvester
To prepare the Milk Harvester recipe, please follow these instructions:
Honey and brown sugar is melted, stirring in a pan and allow to cool slightly. Eggs, junket, cinnamon and Ginger is stirred in, then mix the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in the batter.
The batter is poured into a buttered form (2 litres) and bake for about 1 hour at 175 degrees C.
