Instructions for Midtjysk Potato Soup
To prepare the Midtjysk Potato Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the vegetables, cut them into small cubes. Cut the leek into thin rings, grate the Apple coarsely. Volume Leek leaves and parsley to the soup and cook it with may in the soup. Sauté the vegetables in butter/margarine and add the soup, boil, covered, until potatoes are tender. Tåg soup visken up and whip the soup smooth, season with salt and pepper. Take slice into cubes and grate it on the forehead. Sprinkle pork and finhakket chives over soup.
