150gChopped onion
2Eggs (lightly beaten)
2dlKetchup
30mlHorseradish
60mlMilk or water

Instructions for Meatloaf

To prepare the Meatloaf recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix all the ingredients with about 150 ml of ketchup. Place the mixture on the baking sheet with baking paper or staniol and form the mass into a suitably elongated breadcrumb. Grease the rest of the ketchup on top of the pulp. Bake at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
