Ingredients for Mazarin muffins with Stevia
Stevia is equivalent to 100 g sugar | ||
0.75 | dl | Milk |
10 | g | Almond essence |
100 | g | Almonds |
100 | g | Marzipan |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
3 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |
50 | g | Oil |
Instructions for Mazarin muffins with Stevia
To prepare the Mazarin muffins with Stevia recipe, please follow these instructions:
A good muffin for those who have cut down on fat and sugar, but still have a nice tooth.
Almonds and marcipan blend thoroughly for several minutes.
The chocolate is added and blended for approx. 10 sec.
Pour the mixture into a bowl bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together.
Spray 12 muffin molds with baking spray and enjoy the dough here.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

tips:
Use pure Stevia, it tastes best. If you have pure Stevia powder then it is very sweet. I have only added 1/3 teaspoon. Clean Stevia in this serving.
