Instructions for Marzipan wreath
To prepare the Marzipan wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour melted margarine, water, sugar, cardamom, salt and yeast into the stirrer's bowl and stir it together. Gradually add the flour while stirring and knead the dough. Let it rise about 40 minutes a busy place.
Slowly dough the dough and divide it into two portions. The dough is rolled out to light handles. The bars should be approx. 20 cm wide and 1 cm thick.
The filling is distributed down the middle of the dough bars. The edge folds over the filling and is pressed lightly. The finished rods are shaped into a wreath on the loose bundles of two spring shapes. The bottoms are put in the molds and the cakes adhere to a good half hour.
The cakes are brushed and sprinkled before baking approx. 10 minutes at 225 degrees. The heat is attenuated to 200 degrees and the cakes bake for 8-10 minutes. '
