To prepare the Marzipan roll recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scroll marcipanen to a thin sheet (com evt. icing sugar on the cake roll so that it does not hang by)
cut the fruit into thin slices and put them on the plate-let approx. 1 cm. be free in every page. scroll marcipanen with fruits to a rullade. Wrap it in wax paper and let it pull in the refrigerator until serving.
Serving: cut the roll into small pieces-like 2 rullade per man and garnish with streaks of melted chocolate and possibly. fruit pieces.
Tips:
Rulladen is especially good with a little powerful liqueur, against opposition to the sweet.
