Cut the bars into small pieces and melt them in a pan with margarine and syrup.
When it is melted, add rice crispies and stir well until all rice crispies are covered by the melted mixture.
Pour it all in a spring shape and put a fork down the side all the way around.
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the cake.
Put the cake in the fridge until it is stiff and serve it.
