250 | g | Sauté the slices of Pork fillet ½ cm thick |

Chop the garlic finely and stir the marinade together. Turn the meat in the marinade. Style it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Boil the rice. Slice the carrots and parsley root into matchstick thin sticks and celery into thin slanting slices. Came the vegetables in boiling salted water and cook for 2 -3 minutes. Pour the water off. Take the meat out of the marinade. Heat a large frying pan by good heat. Put the slices in the pan. Flip them immediately. Pull them off the pan. Pour the marinade in the Pan and cook it thoroughly. Add if necessary. ½-1 dl water, if you want more sauce. Season with salt, pepper, chili sauce and soy sauce. Add the meat, turn the vegetables in and warm it quickly through. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with cooked rice or pasta.
