Instructions for Marinated Carrots II
To prepare the Marinated Carrots II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the carrots in long slices or alm. So they get small and round. The slices must be thin.
For the long slices you can use a potato peel and to the alm. Slices I only use an alm. knife.
Mix next to the rest of the ingredients for a marinade and pour it over the carrots.
tips:
With regard to the amount of sugar, just put in until you do not think the marinade is too sour!
