100 | g | Icing sugar |
175 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Boiling water |
200 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

75 | g | Desiccated coconut |
Instructions for Marianne's coffee cake
To prepare the Marianne's coffee cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix butter and sugar together, stir the egg yolks one at a time. Mix the baking soda into the flour and stir in the dough with coconut flour and chocolate. The egg whites are whipped stiff and turned gently into the end.
Fill the dough in a well-rounded spring form. Pour the cake on the next bottom groove in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour, remove the cake, loosen the ring.
Mix the ingredients of the glaze and coat the cold cake before serving.
