Instructions for Margaretatærte
To prepare the Margaretatærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place a layer of cake on a plate covered with baking paper and cover it with strawberry jam. Lay the middle bottom and cover with vanilla cream. Lay the top bottom and push it lightly. Stir the marcipan together with a little egg white until it is soft. Take a little egg white at a time, like mashed, it's easier to handle. Wide the marcipan on the edge of the pie. Place the pie in the oven at 250 degrees on the top groove for 2-3 minutes so the marcipan dries slightly and get a little color. Remove the pie and let it cool. Blame the strawberries and remove the stem. Share the strawberries. Mix husk powder and 1 tablespoon of water and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Mix the rest of the water with strawberry juice in a saucepan. Add the house blend and warm it until the house blossom is dissolved. Let the jelly be semi-rigid and viscous. Put the saucepan in cold water, then take 15 min. Lay the berries on the pie and cover with jelly in several laps. Let the pie stand cold in the meantime.
