150gButter
2dlWhipped cream
2tspVanilla sugar

Instructions for Mardi Gras with Raspberries

To prepare the Mardi Gras with Raspberries recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the fat into pieces and put it together with sugar, wheat flour and 1 egg in a kitchen machine. Drive it to a smooth dough. Work the dough further with your hand and leave it cold for at least 20 minutes. Roll the dough onto baking paper for 2 large, round bottoms, about 23 cm in diameter. Put them on plates, dot them with a fork and bag them at 175 degrees on the bottom groove for about 20 minutes. Allow them to cool and then gently pull the paper off. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, brush the bottoms with it and let it stiffen. Whip the cream stiff and add vanilla sugar. Divide the other egg and whip the flower in the cream. Put one bottom on a dish, spread the cream and sprinkle with sugar. Cover the cream with raspberries, but save 10-15 for garnish. Place the other bottom with the chocolate upwards and push it lightly. Garnish with the remaining raspberries and leave the pie cold for at least 30 minutes.
