Instructions for Mandelschnitzel
To prepare the Mandelschnitzel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into 4 slices, knock it and spice it on both sides with salt and pepper. Whip the egg into a deep dish and mix flour and almonds on another plate. First fling the egg and then into the almond mixture. Push the meat firmly into it so that the pan is stuck.
