75 | g | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Mandelmazariner
To prepare the Mandelmazariner recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop flour and grease together. Add flour and egg yolk and work quickly for a dough. Leave the dough to cool cold for approx. 30 minutes.
Skold, dirt and mold almonds lit the filling. Stir fat and flourish white and airy. Add the eggs one at a time and stir strongly. Add ground almonds and mix.
Grease 16 small cakes with grease. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and push the dough into the molds. Lay a cliff fill in each shape. Sprinkle roughly chopped almonds.
Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until they are golden.
tips:
You can also make a big mazarinkage. Then use a loose bottom shape, a so-called spring form.
