100 | g | Ymer sprinkle |
180 | g | Sugar |
25 | g | Cornstarch (corn flour) |

75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Mandarin cake with ymer sprinkle
To prepare the Mandarin cake with ymer sprinkle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whipped into foam, eggs and sugar and the warm, melted butter, add in a thin beam. Whisk well.
Mix flour and cornstarch with bagepulveret and stir it in with light hand.
Fill half the dough in a baking pan, approximately 24 x 36 cm, and favor the drained mandarin pieces over.
