125 | g | Margarine (cold) |
175 | g | Wheat flour (3 cups) |

3 | tbsp | Water (cold) |
Instructions for Madtærte II
To prepare the Madtærte II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the stew in cubes.
Crumbles the magar into the flour and salt as in a dark dough.
Add water.
Roll the dough into a ball pack it in a movie. Leave it in the refrigerator for a minimum of ½ hour.
Roll it out relatively thinly and place it in a greased pie dish.
Mix the egg together.
Add the egg yolk and fill according to your own taste.
Bake 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
tips:
The dough can be stored for a few days in the refrigerator. If you use a slip-light shape, there is no need to lubricate it. It should NOT be banned.
