Instructions for Mørbradret

To prepare the Mørbradret recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mørbradene trimmed or cut out for steaks, Brown in butter in the Pan and place in an ovenproof dish. Mushrooms, cleaned, cut into slices, FRY in butter and distributed in the dish along with the asparagus (the fresh cooked first). Pan cooked with approximately 1.5 dl of asparagus water, add tomato puree and heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. The Court set ca. 15 min in the oven, which is preheated to 230 degrees.

Serve with asparagus potatoes, rice or baguettes.
