125 | g | Bacon, sliced |
3-4 | dl | Whipped cream |

Instructions for Mørbradfad w/gorgonzola sauce
To prepare the Mørbradfad w/gorgonzola sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pork Tenderloin cut into 8 patties. Wrap a piece of bacon on each steak and season with salt and pepper and lightly grease on one side with dijon mustard.
Leeks cut into slices and place in a greased, ovenproof dish. (One possibly can sear them lightly in a pan first).
Advantage tenderloin steaks in dish. Set the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 30 minutes for steaks/bacon is browned.
Roquefort cheese and gorgonzola is melted in a pan with whipping cream. Finely chopped parsley is added before the sauce is poured over the steaks.
The Court stands in the oven about 20 minutes more.
Serve with rice and/or Green Ribbon pasta and baguettes.
