To prepare the Mørbradfad m. gorgonzola sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The 16 patties seasoned with salt and pepper and lightly grease on one side with dijon mustard. Wrap a piece of bacon around each steak. 4 leeks cut into slices and place in a greased, ovenproof dish. (One possibly can sear them lightly in a pan first). Advantage tenderloin steaks in dish.
