2-300 | g | Sifting |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
3 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Lunchbox Boller
To prepare the Lunchbox Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast and salt in lukewarm water, add oil and rye flour and sift flour, knead the dough until it drops the bowl. Raises ½-1 hour.
Pour the dough through again and roll it until it is about 1 cm in thickness, cut it into square pieces and put it on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them adhere to about ½ hour. Brush with egg and sprinkle oatmeal on.
Baked in a preheated oven of 200 gr in 15-18 min.
