Instructions for Low-fat poppy seeds
To prepare the Low-fat poppy seeds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast dissolve in sugar and salt.
Sour milk lunes easily.
It all stirred together and rests approximately 15 min.
Divided into 2 equal balls that are rolled out to an oblong square on ca 25x60cm brushed with buttermilk and folded from the sides so the dough measures approx 8x60cm cut out the 8-9 poppy seeds, which reversed with the fold down on the plate. Brush with egg white and sprinkled with either poppy seed or specialmel/cereal mixture.
Raises the bar for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake in the middle of the oven 180 gr for about 14 min.
Tips:
Specialmel or grain mixture can easily be omitted. Sour milk can also be replaced by ylette, A38, junket or ymer.
