Instructions for Low-fat ham casserole

To prepare the Low-fat ham casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown ham, potatoes and carrots in cubes well, in a little oil.

Put then peeled tomatoes, and other vegetables, and water to cover the vegetables, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Leave it then simmer for about 20 minutes.

Can be served with: Flütes/bread Pasta or rice, (according to taste)
