1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Sprinkle lightly or 1 tbsp. sugar |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
2 | Small bananas | |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
30 | g | Dark chocolate min. 50% |

To prepare the Low fat banana muffins without or with sugar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the beecel, egg and sprinkle lightly (or sugar) frothy. Add the buttermilk and whip again. Cut the bananas into small tern and chop the chocolate. Add alternately the banana pieces and flour. Stir well after your turn. Turn the chocolate in.
Baked at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
tips:
You can replace the chocolate with coconut flour or chopped nuts.
