2tspBaking soda
2Bananas
200gWheat flour
200gSugar
3Eggs

Instructions for Low fat banakage

To prepare the Low fat banakage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the eggs airy with sugar and finely chopped lemon peel.

Mos bananas with 2 tbsp. lemon juice.

Mix flour and baking soda and stir in the dough with bananas.

Fill in greased form and leave for 30 minutes at 175 degrees C. alm. oven. Stands five minutes and is taken out of shape.
