Instructions for Lost chickens
To prepare the Lost chickens recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bank the meat slices easily with your hand. Sprinkle salt and pepper on. Distribute the parsley on the meat slices together with spoon slices. Roll the slices together and fasten with meat needles or tie cotton yarn.
Brown butter / margarine in a saucepan. Brown the rolls on all sides. Moisten the heat and pour water at. Let the lost chickens rise by low heat under the lid until they are tender, approx. 30-35 min. Remove the needles or yarns. Sprinkle the cloud with cream. Smooth it and let it boil 3-5 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the "chickens" and serve the rest together with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad, pickled asians or a mixed salad.
