To prepare the Lmmatærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear the marcipan roughly on a grater. Put it in a bowl and add the eggs. Mix well and let it stand for a few minutes.
Add sugar and stir again, but only so much that it becomes a smooth dough. Butter spring shape, approx. 22 cm in diameter, and sprinkle with flour or rasp at the bottom and on the edge.

Rinse the strawberries, top and dry them. Rinse the grapes, divide them and remove the kernels. Let the mandarins drip into a sieve. Decorate the pie with the fruit.
Put the husked powder in 1 tablespoon. Water in a saucepan. Leave it 5 minutes. Add the juice and the rest of the water and heat it up to approx. 50 degrees, so the house blast melts. Put the mixture cold, for example. On a plate in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until it is viscous.
