To prepare the Light frozen strawberry mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse strawberries and remove some berries from the decorations. Nip the hashes and mash the strawberries with sugar and port wine, like in blender or food processor. Whip the cream stiff and mix it with the strawberries. Distribute the mousse into 4 serving glasses. Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours until the mousse is semi-frozen. Decorate with whole berries and whipped cream. Tip: The mousse can be well made the day before, but then it must be tempered in the refrigerator for a few hours, so it's not too hard.
