Ingredients for Lemon Pudding

125 | g | Soft butter or margarine |
2 | large | Lemons |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3 | dl | Milk |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Lemon Pudding
To prepare the Lemon Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the lemons, tear the skins well and stir it together with fat and sugar for an airy massage dough. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice and egg yolks to the butter mixture.
Mix flour with baking soda and stir it in the butter mixture. Warm the milk slightly and stir it in the mixture. Whip the egg whites into hard foam and gently turn them into the dough.
Butter a pieform and pour the lemon pie. Place the mold in a frying pan, place it in the oven and pour hot water into the frying pan so that it is half past the edges of the pie.
Bake the lemon tender at 175ยบ for about 40 minutes until it is golden and stiff in the middle. Served immediately.
