For many years, I have been making this recipe for many years as a truly tasty healthy evening meal.
Place two pieces of salmon (100 grams +) in a bowl of oil. Cut a fat garlic into slices and cook. Tear the scallop from a lemon and an orange and throw it down.
Put a lid on the bowl and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours. When the salmon is finished, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the vegetables and put them in a refractory dish. Choose between what vegetables you just have at home. You do not take vegetables. Spice as many as you can and mix them. All vegetables have different compositions and functions. Apply oil. I use rapeseed oil for all cooking as it is a healthy oil.
Let the vegetables fry in the oven for 20 minutes. Place the salmon on the forehead and turn it regularly until it has a brownish surface and you may notice a bit of blackness on the edges.
Then enjoy a very healthy meal.
