Instructions for Lemon muffins I

To prepare the Lemon muffins I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir butter and sugar white and add the eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking soda and grated lemon peel and stir in the dough with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Distribute the dough into 12 molds and bag them at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 min.

Let them cool on a grate and decorate with glaze touched with flour and lemon juice.
