0.5dlOil margarine
1dlButtermilk
1tspGrated lemon peel (ECO)
1tspGrated zest of an eco lemon
1.5tbspLemon juice
150gIcing sugar
150gWheat flour
175gSugar
2Eggs
50gCorn starch

Instructions for Lemon Moon

To prepare the Lemon Moon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whisk eggs and powdered sugar into white foam. Mix buttermilk and oil margarine with lemon rind and add the mixture to the egg foam. Then mix in corn starch, flour and bicarbonate of soda together and turn the whole thing into egg foam.

The dough pour in a springform (it doesn't have to be greased). Bake at 180 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes.

Glaze poured on when the cake has cooled.
