25 | g | Desiccated coconut |
3 | medium-sized | Eggs |
75 | g | Powder sugar |

Instructions for Lemon coconut cake (microwave)
To prepare the Lemon coconut cake (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
A cake form is lined with parchment paper.
The butter is melted in a bowl for 45 seconds at 100%.
Whip egg, sugar and powder sugar the same in a large bowl until the mixture is light and airy. Turn the melted butter into the mixture. Add lemon peel and juice, coconut flour, wheat flour and baking soda.
Mix it all together and pour the dough into the mold. Bake 6 minutes at 100%. Turn the shape of the bag.
Let the cake rest for 5 minutes in the mold and turn it on a dish. Let the cake cool off. Decorate with a sprinkle of coconut flour.
