Instructions for Lavash bread
To prepare the Lavash bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast, sugar and 3 dl of lukewarm water and allow to stand for 10 minutes until shaking. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually pour yeast mixture into the flour until you have a stiff dough. Eat it on a floured table for approx. 10 minutes until the dough is wrong and elastic. Wash the bowl and put the dough in it, cover with a moist cloth and let it rise for 2-3 hours to double size. Beat the dough and knead again for a few minutes, on a floured table. Put the dough back in the bowl and leave it after half an hour. Cover the bottom of your oven with aluminum foil and turn on 200 degrees (if you have a bag, put it underneath). Clean well on the table and sprinkle flour over. Divide the dough into 12 to 15 balls, the size of apples. Roll each ball into a thin plate of 20-25 cm in diameter. Make sure the worktop is sufficiently floured that the dough is not hanging. Place each dough plate on the foil in the oven for approx. 3 minutes. Take the bread out gradually and cover with a clean cloth so that they do not dry out and get crispy.
tips:
The best wrap is stored in a cloth and wrapped in a plastic bag. Or frozen.
