Peel the peel of 1 freshly washed or unsprayed lemon and squeeze the juice out afterwards. Mix the juice with 1 tbsp. Oil, 2 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon. Thyme and 1 tablespoon. Chopped parsley. Bring the marinade into a plastic bag together with 4 double lamb chops, close and put them in the fridge. Marinate them for at least a couple of hours. Stir the chops in the oven at 250 degrees C for 10-15 minutes and serve them with oven-fried potatoes and feta salad.
