Instructions for Lamb freezer with white wine sauce
To prepare the Lamb freezer with white wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the carrots and cut them in about 5 cm long slanted slices. Cut the meat into large cubes.
Bring the meat in a saucepan and pour so much cold water that it just covers. Boil and remove the foam. Add salt and allow the dish to boil covered for 45-50 minutes.
Let the herbs boil the last quarter. Sift the soup from the meat and keep the meat warm.
Melt the butter to the sauce in a saucepan, fling the flour and stir for a couple of minutes until the butter has soaked the flour. Then add white wine and soup a little at a time in the appropriate amount until you have a fairly thin sauce. Let it boil under regular stirring for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon peel. Whip egg yolk and cream together and add to the sauce. Now the sauce can no longer boil.
Pour the sauce over the meat and serve the fries with new potatoes to.
