To prepare the Lamb chops from trastevere recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lightly chop the lamb chops with the crushed half-garlic sauce, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, brush with 1 tbsp. Oil and turn in the parmesan cheese.
The eggs are whipped together, the chops are reversed first in the egg yolk and then into the rasp and the pan is carefully pressed against the meat. The rest of the oil and the butter are heated on a frying pan and the chops are golden brown for medium heat, 3-4 minutes on each side.
