To prepare the Lady fingers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the whole egg with sugar and vanilla sugar to a thick eggshell with an electric whip. Sift the flour and fold it in. Put the dough in a spray bag with a regular round drip and sprinkle the dough into finger length on a greased, flour-baked baking sheet. Sprinkle the cakes with sugar and put them in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes. They must be light yellow. Let them cool off on a baker.
