Ingredients for Kyllingefiletter in the Wok

Olive oil in the wok
Grate a little thumb ginger
1cupFish sauce/oyster sauce
1cupOrganic tomato ketchup or 2. like the thin from net
1tbspBlack chili paste
1tbspSugar
1-2bagsCashew nuts. (peanuts could go an)
1-2bundleScallions/spring onions
2cloveCrushed garlic
2-3pkgChicken fillets, cut into strips

Instructions for Kyllingefiletter in the Wok

To prepare the Kyllingefiletter in the Wok recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fry the garlic, ginger and black chili paste approximately 1 min. Up with the chicken-FRY about 5 minutes. Add the fish sauce, ketchup and sugar. Simmer, simmer 10 minutes or so. Add the crooked/beveled green tops of the spring onions. Flip it all over again.

Server with nuts on top and a tub Bashmati-rice.
