To prepare the Krondyrfilet with honey / balsamic vinegar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Filet: The Krondyr fillet is trimmed. Brush on the forehead and season with salt and pepper. Can be seasoned with a little crushed juniper berry. Add the fillet to light chilling before eating (or bacon) around. The fillet is lacquered and cooked in an oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 10 minutes. Then rests approx. 15 minutes.
Glazed apples: The top is cut by the apples. Cut out for a core (make a nice hole). On a pan came honey, balsamic and red wine. This is cooked well and cooked to almost syrupy consistency. The cranberry fillet is cut into thin slices, arranged on hot plates in fan form. The apple is arranged in front. In the sides are served mushrooms and bacon beans respectively. It is encircled with sauce. Sauce and potatoes are served à part.
