0.75 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1.5 | bundle | Dill |
2 | dl | Sour cream 9 or 18% |
2 | tbsp | Water |
4 | dl | Cottage cheese |
400 | g | Crayfish tails, possibly. frozen |
50 | g | Butter |
60 | g | Wheat flour |
80 | g | Rye flour |
Instructions for Krebs Pie
To prepare the Krebs Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Quickly collect the dough to the pie, possibly in the food processor. Thoroughly mix a loaf of tart and press the dough. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes. And behind it then at 225 degrees for approx. 12 min. Take the pie and cool it.
Shake the sesame seeds on a dry pan until golden and crispy. Allow them to cool on paper. Mix cremefraiche and cottage cheese in a bowl. Chop one bunch of dill and stir in. Season with spices and ¾ of sesame seeds. Cut ¾ of the crayfish tails and add them. Fill up the pie and decorate with dill, sesame seeds and crayfish tails and serve.
