Instructions for Kong Oscars cake
To prepare the Kong Oscars cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the egg yolks one at a time. Wheat flour in which bagepulveret is charged along with orange juice and add the grated zest, and eventually reversed the stiftpiskede whites in mass.
Pour into a greased and floured the dough shape ca. 2 l. and bake on the oven bottom Groove at 175 degrees C for about 45 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
The cake is taken out of the mould after approx. 5 minutes and be set to cool on a wire rack.
