25 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
6-7 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Kokosgifler
To prepare the Kokosgifler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Melt fat in a saucepan, add milk and let it get hot. Pour it over the yeast and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Whip an egg and mix it in the dough with sugar, salt and most of the flour. Work it for a smooth dough and leave it in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Stir the grease to the filling softly and add flour and coconut flour. Lay the dough on the flour board and divide it into three parts. Roll each piece to a round plate, about 30 cm in diameter. Divide each plate into 8 triangles. Lay a platter of the filling on each and roll them together from the wide joint toward the tip. Bend the toxins a little. Put the toxins on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them rise for 20 min. Whip 1 egg together, brush the toast and sprinkle them with coconut flour. Bake them at 225 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until they have a nice color.
