Ingredients for Kofta

600 | g | Beef |
Instructions for Kofta
To prepare the Kofta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onion and parsley fine.
mix meat, parsley, onion and seasonings well.
Strain the mixture flat in a large greased baking pan, so that the bottom of this is completely covered.
Put in the oven at 200 g for 15 min.
Meanwhile, boil water with tomatpur ', vegetables, salt and pepper. When the mixture boils, remove from heat, and pour over the meat in the roasting pan. Put in the oven again for 20 min.
Imen boiled rice as follows: Pour 1 dl. olive oil in the bottom of a saucepan, and saute 2 cloves finely chopped garlic. The garlic must not take the color of the hot oil.
Now add 4 cups good rice (like basmatti) and turn them into the hot oil. Add 6 cups of water and 2 sk. salt, and let the rice Cook for 12 minutes at low heat. off during the rice and let them rest in my 5-10.
Tips:
You can of course replace the frozen vegetables with fresh, and use exactly the types you want. It must be really good., toasts to 100 g pine nuts and sprinkles over the rice just before serving.
