2 | dl | Ymer (not too cold) |
2½ | dl | Hot water |
25 | g | Yeast |

Instructions for Klidbrød
To prepare the Klidbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat bran and water are stirred together and stand approx. ½ hour. The yeast is melted and stirred. Yams, salt and sift flour are added and the dough is kneaded well until smooth.
