Instructions for Kiksekage
To prepare the Kiksekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whipped dough:
Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar are whipped thick and foaming. Palms and cocoa are melted into a uniform uniform mass, which is stirred in the eggs, so the eggs do not "separate".
In an elongated sandcake form lined with food paper, put the sliced almonds to decorate (when the cake is reversed) and then layer chocolate and biscuits. Top and bottom layers must be chocolate.
The cake is kept cold until it is firm. Flip on a dish and cut into slices.
