1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
100 | g | Yeast |
1000 | g | Sausages |

2 | tsp | Chili mild, encountered |
250 | g | Red dot 60% |
4 | tbsp | Tomato ketchup |
5 | dl | Mini milk |
5 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
Instructions for Karstens Sausage Rolls
To prepare the Karstens Sausage Rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Snug up the milk and melt the red dot in it. Smulder yeast in and let it be dissolved. (Remember the milk top must be finger lun). Mix rest of ingredients in and stir it well.
Set the dough to uplift in 30 min.
Share in the donated unit 2. Turn the dough out and roll it out to a sausage and cut it into suitable pieces. Roll the dough out to the same length as the sausages. Butter a little sauce onto dough and roll it around the sausage.
Let the following raise in 15 min and behind it in the 15-20 min at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
