1/2tbspSalt
10Peeled almonds
100gMarzipan
100gMargarine
15gMelted margarine
2Egg whites
2tbspSugar
25gYeast
300gWheat flour (5 dl)

Instructions for Karlsbadgiffel

To prepare the Karlsbadgiffel recipe, please follow these instructions:

The cream lunes, the yeast is thrown out. The Margarine crumbled in the flour. Add cream, sugar, salt and egg. The dough was pelted through and raised for approx. 1 hour.

The filling is stirred together. The dough is struck down and rolled out into a large triangle. The filling is lubricated. The dough is rolled together from the wide end to the tip and placed on a plate. Repeats approx. 20 minutes.

Brush with egg and decorate with almonds.

Baking time 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
