1 | dl | Chicken broth |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | tsp | Salt |

300 | g | Turkey into strips |
4 | dl | Rice |
4 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
7 | dl | Water |
750 | g | Chinese wokblanding |
Instructions for Kalkunkød in Wook
To prepare the Kalkunkød in Wook recipe, please follow these instructions:
The marinade is stirred together (ginger tear and garlic pressed) and put in a plastic bag together with the meat. The bag is closed and the meat is marinated in the refrigerator for approx. one hour.
The meat is drained in a sieve, the marinade is stored.
The wok is warmed up and oil is added. The meat is switched here in.
When the meat is finished add the vegetables as passed.
Finally, broth and marinade arrive in the wok and everything is cooked together. Taste with spices and server, like with rice.
